Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Store Performance Executive of a leading coffee shop chain with presence in Greece and other European countries. Based in Attiki, Greece and reporting to the Store Performance Manager, the ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing store performance. This role focuses on managing operational efficiency and sales effectiveness across the retail network to support the company’s overall success.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Retail Sales Management:
- Developing and implementing national sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability
- Identifying growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competition, and local demographics, and adapting store operations accordingly
Store Operations:
- Supervising daily retail store operations to improve beverage quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Addressing operational issues, resolving customer complaints, and overseeing new projects like product launches and loyalty programs
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless execution of store operations
Franchisee Satisfaction:
- Acting as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing support and resolving store issues
- Fostering strong relationships with franchisees through communication, training programs, and collaboration to improve store performance
Market Analysis:
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on market data
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related sector
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in a similar position preferably in B2B sales or retail store operations; experience in the food and beverage industry is considered a strong plus
- Comfortable with MS office and related tools
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Valid driving’s license and willingness to travel as required
