Intellectica is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join a modern dental clinic specializing in advanced technologies and innovative techniques. Based in Athens, Greece the selected candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while supporting the clinic’s daily operations.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Handling internal phone calls, messages, and coordination among team members
  • Assisting in scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments
  • Preparing and managing patient prescriptions as instructed by the dental team
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Supporting clerical duties such as documentation, updating patient records, and other related activities
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in secretarial and/or administrative support
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to work in a rotational schedule
  • Fluent in Greek and English
