By strategically aligning entrepreneurship with local talent and ecosystems, these areas can evolve into thriving hubs of opportunity, attracting investment, nurturing startups, and driving long-term regional development

How is the job market transforming in 2025?

On One Channel’s TV show Business Monitor, Georgios Kefalogiannis, Managing Partner at Intellectica and Chief Economist Advisor at EENE Ελληνική Ένωση Επιχειρηματιών, discussed how the labor market is evolving in 2025, presenting findings from Intellectica’s latest research.

He noted that employees’ decisions are no longer driven purely by financial motives — personal values and deeper, human-centered factors now play a significant role. Speaking about Gen Z, he highlighted how the culture of instant change — from fast scrolling to short-term relationships — is also reflected in their approach to career mobility.

George also spoke about Intellectica’s five-year journey, offering targeted solutions in financial consulting and recruiting to help organizations adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape.

Representing EENE (Hellenic Entrepreneurs Association), he also referred to the latest EENE Conference, which addressed key issues shaping the future of enterprise — from reindustrialization through technology to upskilling and reskilling as strategic pillars of competitiveness.

These have been core positions of EENE for over a decade — and are more timely and relevant than ever in Europe’s current landscape.
