Intellectica is seeking an experienced and creative Growth Marketing Manager for Open Innovation on behalf of a leading firm specializing in designing innovation programs, corporate innovation hubs, and advanced tools, aimed at connecting startups and researchers with corporate and public organizations. This key role, based in Athens, Attiki (hybrid), and reporting directly to the PMO, involves driving marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and success of open innovation programs, such as hackathons and partnerships, while strengthening the company’s brand presence.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing growth marketing strategies to enhance awareness and participation in open innovation programs
  • Designing and managing marketing funnels for acquisition, engagement, and retention of participants
  • Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, organic) to maximize reach and ROI
  • Defining and tracking KPIs, using analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive insights
  • Building and nurturing communities of startups, researchers, and collaborators to foster long-term engagement
  • Developing strategic partnerships with accelerators, universities, and tech hubs to expand ecosystem reach
  • Organizing and promoting high-impact events such as hackathons, webinars, and summits to showcase program value
  • Overseeing the creation of consistent, high-quality content (blogs, success stories, thought leadership) for marketing materials
  • Implementing and optimizing CRM tools and targeted email marketing campaigns for personalized engagement
  • Supervising budget allocation and resource management to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Mentoring team members in managing PPC, SEO, and social media efforts to ensure cohesive execution

 Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
  • A least 3 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with at least 1 year in an account management role
  • Proven track record in leading and executing marketing campaigns, particularly for innovation programs or partnerships with research institutions and corporations
  • Extensive experience in marketing within startup ecosystems, open innovation practices, and technology-driven initiatives
  • Certifications in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Data Studio) and marketing automation platforms
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, CRM management, and campaign performance optimization
  • Fluent in both English and Greek
