Intellectica is recruiting a dynamic Marketing Manager on behalf of a Leading premium olive oil producer and distributor. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting directly to the Commercial Director and CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to elevate the group’s brand presence both in Greece and internationally. This role is key to driving the company’s ambitious growth objectives across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for branded olive oil products in Greece and abroad
- Managing product launch campaigns, ensuring successful category entry in new markets
- Driving social media and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
- Designing and implementing trade marketing strategies for optimizing distribution channel tools such as e-shops, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to adjust strategies for maximum impact
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or an MBA is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in marketing consumer products, preferably in the food sector (experience with olive oil is an advantage)
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including new product introductions
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media management and online campaigns, is a significant asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
