Intellectica is recruiting a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant on behalf of a leading provider of integrated water and wastewater treatment solutions. Based in Kifisia, Greece, the successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and the successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the administrative functions of the company’s back office to ensure smooth operations
- Welcoming and registering guests, handling phone calls, and receiving company deliveries
- Managing the company’s telephone center and ensuring timely forwarding of messages
- Handling printed and electronic documents, as well as managing and distributing physical and digital correspondence
- Acting as a liaison between team members to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information
- Any other task that may be required from time-to-time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- A Bachelors’ Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English
- Driving’s license
