Intellectica is recruiting an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner on behalf of an internationally recognized Group of Companies present in the Aerospace, Defense, Security and High Technology markets. Based in Koropi, Greece and reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in cultivating a positive, inclusive work environment while aligning people strategies with business objectives to support the Group’s overall goals.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Acting as the primary HR point of contact for designated teams, supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, development, and offboarding
  • Partnering with the leadership team and supporting the execution of talent strategies, primarily in Learning & Development and Performance Management
  • Supporting the design and execution of the annual training plan, ensuring it promotes employee growth, upskilling, and business capability development
  • Creating and delivering impactful L&D initiatives that are fostering internal mobility and continuous improvement
  • Leading and facilitating the annual performance management cycle while coaching managers on goal setting and feedback processes
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on development, retention, and engagement matters
  • Collaborating with an external provider to ensure accurate payroll and benefits processing
  • Analyzing compensation and benefits trends and proposing enhancements to ensure market competitiveness
  • Coordinating and actively participating in the organization of corporate & social responsibility events
  • Staying up to date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance (strict adherence to GDPR)
  • Participating in Group-level HR projects and cross-functional organizational initiatives
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a MSc in Human Resources or MBA is considered a strong plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a multinational, industrial, or high-tech environment
  • Proven experience designing and managing Learning & Development programs
  • Solid understanding of performance management frameworks and implementation
  • Familiarity with Greek labor legislation and HR compliance best practices
  • Experience working with external payroll providers and managing compensation and benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS tools)
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
