Intellectica is recruiting a Travel & Ticketing Coordinator on behalf of its client, a leading provider of specialized engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. Renowned for delivering high-quality, reliable services to global partners, the company values precision, accountability, and operational excellence. Based in Attiki, Greece, this role reports directly to the Operations Director and plays a key part in managing and streamlining corporate travel arrangements for employees and clients.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and clients, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Identifying, evaluation, and onboarding reputable travel vendors and service providers
  • Negotiating favorable rates and exploring cost-effective travel option through various platforms
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors
  • Ensuring all travel plans are in full compliance with the internal and external policies and procedures
  • Preparing detailed travel itineraries and proactively communicating updates
  • Providing 24/7 support to travelers during their trips when and as required
  • Maintaining accurate travel records and reports, including cost breakdowns, charge reviews, and the recording of travel days, in coordination with the accounts department and/or project managers
  • Supporting the general administrative function with tasks including the procurement of office supplies
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with travel booking software and tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in Greek and English
