Intellectica is recruiting an ambitious and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager on behalf of a leading strategic communications and consulting agency renowned for its cross-sector influence across more than 13 industries. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving projects end-to-end and delivering high-quality and effective solutions that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing day-to-day communications with assigned clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of communication activities
- Conducting briefings, follow ups, presentations, and full proposals for above and below-the-line strategies, events and digital campaigns
- Effectively controlling and reporting on projects timetables
- Coordinating and liaising with financial, creative, digital, media and technical departments and external contractors to ensure on time project delivery
- Building, managing, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact ensuring on time deliverables
- Providing clients with strategic recommendations based on market insights
- Staying up-to-date and proactive on topics relating to client competition, industry trends and safeguarding internal communication
- Managing project workflows, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with established KPIs
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- BSc and/or MSc degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in corporate communications, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-channel campaigns and managing senior-level client relationships
- Digital, BTL and PR knowledge is considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Greek and English
