Intellectica is recruiting a General Manager – Integrator on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing media agency in Greece with a reputation for innovation, excellence, and agility. To lead this ambitious evolution, it is seeking a General Manager (Integrator) to oversee day-to-day operations and align cross-functional teams under a shared strategic vision. Based in Attiki, Greece, this executive role reports directly to the Chairman and the Board of Directors.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading, managing, and overseeing the daily operations and execution of the company’s strategic plans
  • Acting as the right hand of the Chairman, ensuring seamless alignment between strategy and operations
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring interdepartmental integration across all major functions
  • Owning and managing company-wide KPIs, budgeting processes, and P&L accountability
  • Leading performance and talent management efforts, including direct oversight of department heads
  • Championing a positive workplace culture that reinforces engagement, performance, and accountability
  • Facilitating weekly management meetings and quarterly goal reviews, ensuring visibility and alignment
  • Ensuring company-wide adherence to core processes and operational systems.
  • Mentoring senior leaders and providing coaching to elevate talent and leadership effectiveness
  • Managing special and strategic projects, ensuring on-time and high-impact delivery
  • Serving as the lead integrator of communication between the executive and operational teams
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing & Comms or related field; MSc degree and/or MBA preferred
  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, or COO, preferably within a high-paced media, advertising, or tech-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large teams (35+ people) across multiple departments
  • Track record in business plan execution, with deep understanding of P&L, KPI analysis, and action plan development
  • Strong commercial mindset and background in sales or business development, with talent development focus
  • Excellent decision-making under pressure, with the ability to act swiftly and independently
  • Exposure to structured environments or multinational companies with mature process frameworks
  • Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
