Intellectica is recruiting a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant on behalf of a leading Accounting & Tax team of an established advisory firm based in Piraeus, Attiki, Greece. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be providing administrative support, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the administrative functions of the company’s back office to ensure smooth operations
- Welcoming and registering guests, handling phone calls, and receiving company deliveries
- Managing the company’s telephone and ensuring timely forwarding of messages
- Handling printed and electronic documents, as well as managing and distributing physical and digital correspondence
- Data entry, database maintenance, and record-keeping
- Supporting C-level executives with their daily tasks, calendar coordination, and internal communication
- Acting as a liaison between team members to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information
- Any other task that may be required from time-to-time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English
