To support the President in driving cross-company alignment we are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the President’s daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities and enhancing overall executive efficiency.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Serving as a primary liaison for the President among internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and strong professional relationships
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling appointments and meetings for the President while managing their calendar efficiently
  • Handling incoming calls, messages, and redirection as needed
  • Prioritizing and managing email correspondence, ensuring timely attention to important matters
  • Organizing daily meeting agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondence, and drafting emails
  • Accompanying the President to business events
  • Collaborating with team members to prepare the President for meetings and presentations
  • Performing administrative tasks, including record keeping, note-taking, documentation creation, filing, and confidential financial management
  • Welcoming visitors, reviewing documents, managing internal communications, and optimizing office efficiency
  • Assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives by following up on key action items and deadlines
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience working closely with senior executives in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
  • Advanced presentation development and delivery skills, with demonstrated experience creating high-impact executive presentations
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
