Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a company that specializes in the import, retail, and wholesale trade of water filters, water distribution, and bottling. Based in Athens, the candidate’s primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and provide support throughout the ordering process.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with placing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and assist customers
- Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions
- Any other task that may be required from time-to-time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM software is considered a plus
