Intellectica is recruiting a data-oriented Warehouse Manager on behalf of a leading Supply Chain and Logistics company. Based in Aspopyrgos, Greece and reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned facilities, leading teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals, safety standards, and customer expectations.

 Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

 Managing the daily functions of multiple Distribution Centers, including storage layout, inventory control, order processing, dispatch, and coordination of all staff, supervisors, and shift leads

  • Supervising cleanliness, proper equipment usage, infrastructure protection, and enforcement of workplace safety protocols for employees and visitors
  • Planning personnel resources, approving supply requisitions, monitoring cost-efficiency, and ensuring budget adherence to optimize operational productivity
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal SOPs, including health & safety, food safety, and environmental standards, while overseeing audits, risk management plans, and KPI performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to manage order and inbound flows, resolve issues via ticketing systems, oversee reporting timelines, and monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Leading staff evaluations, organizing training for internal and subcontracted teams, managing leave schedules, and fostering a performance-driven and team-oriented culture
  • Driving process improvements, managing inventory counts, supporting new warehouse layout proposals, and overseeing value-added projects such as repackaging and relabeling
  • Any other work that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or distribution center leadership role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems and other digital tools is considered a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety standards and compliance practices
  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English
