Intellectica is seeking a Sales Account Manager on behalf of its client, a leading IT company, part of a well-established technology group, specializing in ERP, CRM, and digital transformation solutions, serving a wide range of clients across both the private and public sectors. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting directly to the Sales Director, the ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise clients in the private sector.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of enterprise clients within the private sector, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive networking, targeted market research, and strategic lead generation
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive client loyalty and revenue
  • Understanding client business needs and aligning them with customized IT and enterprise software solutions
  • Collaborating effectively with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless and timely implementation of solutions
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers that address client requirements and highlight solution value
  • Conducting regular client visits and attending meetings to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Participating in internal strategy meetings and contributing to sales planning and forecasting
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • University degree in a business-related field; a degree in Information Technology is considered a plus
  • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in B2B business software sales, ideally within ERP and CRM solutions, in the technology consulting or IT solutions sector
  • Strong understanding of enterprise environments and the challenges associated with digital transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large client accounts effectively
  • Proven ability to develop new business and expand an existing client base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in both English and Greek
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development
  • Valid driving license
