Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading full cycle recruitment projects, from client briefing to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Partnering with clients to define hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring criteria
  • Designing and executing sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other digital tools
  • Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, delivering insightful assessment reports and recommendations
  • Managing client and candidate communications with confidence, clarity, and speed
  • Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and offer structuring
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting broader team goals as needed
  • Any other task as may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s in HR or relevant certifications is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description creation
  • Proven experience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Sales Navigator
  • Exposure to DISC theory strongly desired
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (particularly MS Outlook); tech-savvy with a working knowledge of ChatGPT tools
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
