Intellectica is seeking a Business Advisor on behalf of its client, a dynamic and fast-growing provider of integrated telecommunications and energy solutions. With a long-standing strategic partnership with leading providers in telecommunications and energy, the company delivers tailored connectivity and electricity services to a diverse portfolio of retail and business clients. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to the Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will join a dynamic Sales team and play a key role in driving new client acquisition and supporting the company’s outreach efforts across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring consistent delivery of telecom services
  • Identify and approach potential clients through structured field activity, including door-to-door outreach and targeted prospecting
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored mobile and internet solutions, highlighting service benefits, cost advantages, and alignment with client operations
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager, sharing field insights and contributing to the preparation of customized commercial proposals
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination with internal departments, and timely activation of services
  • Monitor client satisfaction and usage trends, identifying opportunities for upselling or service optimization and escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed client records in the company’s CRM system, tracking interactions, service preferences, and follow-up actions
  • Stay informed on market developments and competitor offerings, maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s positioning and value proposition
  • Participating in regular team briefings and product training to stay aligned with service updates and sales strategy
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in telecom
  • Familiarity with direct sales techniques and client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is considered an asset
  • Fluent in both English and Greek
