Intellectica is recruiting an Advertising Manager on behalf of its client, a leading media organization with a strong footprint across print, digital, and multi-platform content. With an influential portfolio and a clear innovation agenda, the company is evolving into a modern, tech-enabled media group, delivering premium content and high-impact advertising solutions. Based in Athens, the successful candidate shall reports to the firm’s commercial leadership and will support advertising revenue growth by building trusted client relationships and designing integrated campaigns.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration
  • Identifying opportunities and providing integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, and other media platforms
  • Developing and delivering customized proposals and sales strategies aligned with client needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across media types
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to adjust commercial approaches as needed
  • Achieving and exceeding set sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Advising clients on campaign optimization for maximum impact and effectiveness
  • Tracking campaign performance metrics and presenting actionable insights and results
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications & Media Studies, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in media advertising sales (print and/or digital), publishing, or a related environment
  • Proven track record in account management and revenue growth (existing client portfolio is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (KPIs, targeting, formats, campaign performance)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (XLS)
  • Fluency in Greek and English
