Intellectica is recruiting a Tech Lead on behalf of its client, a video‑first creative agency operating at the intersection of corporate communication, brand storytelling, and performance‑driven social content. The organisation is moving from its current operating model into a more advanced and scalable version centred on higher creative standards, disciplined processes, and a tech‑ and AI‑forward approach designed to meet the expectations of modern marketing teams. To strengthen this evolution, our client is seeking a Tech Lead who will play a central role in shaping internal systems, automations, and AI‑driven product capabilities. Based in Athens, Greece, this role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the leadership team, contributing both strategic thinking and hands‑on implementation within a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Own and continuously optimize a Zoho‑first operating system, ensuring structured workflows, documentation discipline, and a single source of truth
  • Design and manage the full client delivery flow (intake → planning → production → approvals → delivery → reporting) with consistency and visibility
  • Develop and maintain delivery playbooks (templates, checklists, naming/versioning conventions, definitions of done, revision/feedback flows, QA standards)
  • Build and maintain automations and bots across Zoho and adjacent tools (email, chat, docs, storage) to reduce manual work and compress turnaround times
  • Prioritize and ship high‑leverage automations that remove handoffs, improve consistency, and accelerate execution
  • Co‑lead the creation of a catalog of bot‑based, outcome‑driven agentic SKUs, designing scope, inputs/outputs, success metrics, delivery models, and entitlement rules
  • Build reusable product components (ingestion, orchestration, QA/evaluation loops, reporting, versioning) where they create leverage
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Creative to package SKUs for scale, including positioning, enablement materials, and operational readiness
  • Prototype internal tools and SKU components via code or low‑code, moving from idea → spec → acceptance criteria → QA → documentation → production release
  • Maintain prompt/workflow libraries, playbooks, accelerators, and lightweight evaluation mechanisms
  • Scope, brief, and manage external partners where this accelerates delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and long‑term maintainability
  • Continuously scan the market for new AI, automation, and software tools; evaluate usability, integrations, security, cost, and ROI; provide clear recommendations
  • Lead tool implementation end‑to‑end (setup, integrations, permissions, workflows, SOPs, onboarding) and optimize usage post‑rollout
  • Drive adoption across teams through training, SOPs, guidance, usage coaching, and a simple operating cadence with dashboards
  • Track throughput, quality, rework, and bottlenecks, enabling continuous improvement
  • Define and enforce responsible AI rules, confidentiality boundaries, data hygiene standards, permissioning discipline, and governance fundamentals (RBAC, auditability, backup/retention)
  • Ensure externally facing outputs follow quality and risk guardrails with clear ownership of approvals

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • 7+ years of hands‑on experience in roles involving systems ownership, automation, technical product delivery, or RevOps within digital‑first environments
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing CRMs or PM systems with disciplined workflows and documentation standards
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and behavioral change through training, rollout plans, and SOP development
  • Practical experience delivering LLM‑powered workflows or bots into production environments
  • Strong prototyping skills using code (Python/JS) and/or low‑code automation tools
  • Demonstrated experience scouting, evaluating, piloting, and implementing third‑party AI/software tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for specs, decision documentation, SOPs, and release notes
  • Fluency in Greek and English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Hands‑on experience with the Zoho Suite, including Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator/Deluge, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Sign
  • Familiarity with Slack/Teams integrations and document ecosystems such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Experience designing API‑based integrations
  • Experience packaging internal workflows into reusable productized offerings (templates, playbooks, libraries)
  • Background within creative/agency, marketing, or video‑production environments
