Intellectica is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of its client, a leading provider of engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. With a strong focus on technical excellence and reliable project delivery, the company is expanding its team to support a growing portfolio of international projects. The Logistics Coordinator will support end‑to‑end logistics for global project mobilisations, ensuring the compliant, timely and efficient movement of heavy and specialised offshore equipment. The role is based in Attiki and reports to the Operations Manager.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate global transportation of non‑standard, heavy and specialised equipment via sea, air and road freight
  • Manage all import/export documentation, including customs clearance procedures and temporary import frameworks
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, port agents and transport companies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Arrange temporary storage solutions, mobilisation yards and warehouse facilities as needed
  • Coordinate delivery of equipment to ports, shipyards and vessels worldwide in line with mobilisation timelines
  • Support offshore project mobilisations from A–Z, ensuring accurate tracking of shipments and smooth execution
  • Maintain logistics documentation, shipment records, certifications and status updates for project teams
  • Ensure logistics processes follow international trade, transport and environmental regulations
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Marine Studies, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Shipping, Transportation Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in offshore, marine, subsea, heavy‑equipment or energy‑related environments
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures, import/export documentation and temporary or special‑case import requirements
  • Proven experience managing international logistics for complex or heavy‑equipment shipments, ideally including offshore mobilisations, port operations or vessel‑related logistics
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/tracking software
