Intellectica is seeking a highly motivated HR Specialist on behalf of a leader in the global mobility industry. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing employee engagement within the organization.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing and submitting comprehensive HR reports, including key metrics and KPIs, on a monthly basis
  • Managing the company’s reward programs by developing data-driven insights and presentations for internal initiatives
  • Conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Maintaining and updating HR data within internal budget and reporting tools (e.g., Cognous)
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly concerning staff costs
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including conducting interviews and managing related processes
  • Collaborating on internal communication strategies and employer branding efforts to enhance workplace culture and reputation
  • Evaluating and improving employment policies, processes, and practices in the Compensation & Benefits area
  • Actively participating in various internal HR projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

 Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field; a Master’s Degree in HRM will be considered a strong plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, within an organized HR department
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
  • Fluency in both English and Greek
