Intellectica is seeking a highly motivated HR Specialist on behalf of a leader in the global mobility industry. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing employee engagement within the organization.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing and submitting comprehensive HR reports, including key metrics and KPIs, on a monthly basis
- Managing the company’s reward programs by developing data-driven insights and presentations for internal initiatives
- Conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Maintaining and updating HR data within internal budget and reporting tools (e.g., Cognous)
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly concerning staff costs
- Supporting recruitment activities, including conducting interviews and managing related processes
- Collaborating on internal communication strategies and employer branding efforts to enhance workplace culture and reputation
- Evaluating and improving employment policies, processes, and practices in the Compensation & Benefits area
- Actively participating in various internal HR projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field; a Master’s Degree in HRM will be considered a strong plus
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, within an organized HR department
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
- Fluency in both English and Greek
