Intellectica is recruiting an ambitious and detail-oriented Account Manager on behalf of a leading strategic communications and consulting agency renowned for its cross-sector influence across more than 13 industries. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving projects end-to-end and delivering high-quality and effective solutions that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring excellence in service delivery and communication strategy implementation
- Developing and executing brand communication strategies across traditional and digital channels
- Collaborating with creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and providing ongoing strategic support
- Crafting and supervising brand messaging, editorial content, press releases, and social media calendars
- Monitoring media coverage, compiling performance reports, and identifying insights for optimization
- Coordinating and supporting the execution of PR events, brand activations, and influencer campaigns
- Staying up-to-date and proactive on topics relating to client competition, industry trends and safeguarding internal communication
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- BSc and/or MSc degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in brand communications, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment
- Demonstrating a strong track record in executing brand communication campaign
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Greek and English
