Intellectica is recruiting a passionate Account Manager on behalf of a leading experience production company with a 30-year presence and a portfolio of over 500 clients, having undertaken more than 2000 projects and gained many awards. The candidate’s primary goal is to manage and develop client relationships, drive project success, and contribute to new business growth for the company. Based in Athens, Greece, the candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director of the company.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating extraordinary proposals and presentations for Live, Virtual or Digital activations and content (brand experiences, events, conferences, BTL activations, content, CSR and more)
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current portfolio clients to better understand and proactively respond to their needs
- Project managing key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, in line with budgeted costs and in full to the client
- Contributing to the generation of new clients and the establishment of projects through contacts and proposals
- Monitoring market trends to ensure clients stay on top of consumer preferences
- Identifying new business opportunities and co-operating closely with the creative, production and financial team
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a Client service or Account management role of a Creative, PR, Advertising or Event management agency
- Experience in maintaining and developing relationships with clients and be able to anticipate and respond to their needs in a proactive and professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek
