Intellectica is recruiting an Advertising Manager on behalf of its client, a prominent media organization with a strong footprint across print, digital, and other content platforms. Renowned for its influential portfolio and commitment to innovation, the company is evolving into a dynamic, tech-driven media group dedicated to delivering high-quality content. Based in Athens, Greece, this role reports directly to senior commercial leadership and plays a key part in cultivating client partnerships and driving advertising revenue across multiple channels by offering customized, cross-platform media solutions.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration
- Identifying opportunities and providing integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, and other media platforms
- Developing and delivering customized proposals and sales strategies aligned with client needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all media types
- Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to adjust commercial approaches as needed
- Achieving and exceeding set sales targets and key performance indicators
- Advising clients on campaign optimization for maximum impact and effectiveness
- Tracking campaign performance metrics and presenting actionable insights and results
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Media Studies, Business, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in advertising sales within media, publishing, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (XLS)
- Existing client portfolio will be considered a strong asset
- Fluency in Greek and English
