Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst on behalf of a leading Tech Retail Company. Based in Magoula, Attiki, Greece and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s systems, processes, and projects to drive business success.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting comprehensive systems analytics on a daily basis to enhance efficiency and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Taking the lead or actively participating in multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and updating of project documentation
- Collaborating with stakeholders across different business units (e.g., sales, marketing, stores) to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, ensuring effective communication with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Continuously evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems requirements, ensuring the maintenance of efficient systems processes
- Authoring and maintaining both internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements to relevant stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and present actionable recommendations to enhance business operations
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience will be considered a strong advantage
- Familiarity with analysis visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, CAS, Power BI, Targit)
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills)
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of English (fluent in both written and spoken English)
