Intellectica is recruiting a Business & Financial Operations Coordinator on behalf of a diversified group operating across the retail, logistics, and technical services sectors. This role is based in Attiki, Greece, and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting executive leadership while overseeing key financial, operational, and administrative functions across the business.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Acting as a key support to the CEO, contributing to business planning and daily coordination
  • Extracting data from SoftOne ERP and preparing reports to highlight operational and financial insights
  • Monitoring daily workflows across departments and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Reviewing client payment status, contacting clients when needed, and supporting cash flow monitoring
  • Creating and maintaining Excel reports, to track key metrics and stock levels
  • Communicating with suppliers, law firms, public services, and clients to ensure correct documentation and process flow
  • Assisting in procurement activities, including ordering and stock follow-up for the warehouse and 10 retail stores
  • Uploading invoices and other documentation to cloud systems, ensuring accuracy and proper filing
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics is a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business operations, financial coordination, or executive support roles
  • Hands-on experience in financial reporting, payment tracking, and administrative support is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems – experience with SoftOne is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with data analysis and report building
  • Fluent in Greek with professional-level English communication skills
