Intellectica is recruiting a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Sales Agent on behalf of a modern dental clinic specializing in advanced technologies and innovative techniques. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will be managing client calls, providing accurate information about the clinic’s services, and actively promoting solutions to secure client engagement and sales.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting, promoting and selling the clinic’s products, services and solutions
  • Assessing client needs and providing accurate assistance and information tailored to their requirements
  • Accurately logging all client interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Building trust and rapport with potential clients to encourage loyalty and long-term relationships
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM software is highly desirable
  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English, both written and verbal
