Intellectica is seeking a Customer Care Agent on behalf of its client, a fast-growing provider of integrated telecommunications and energy solutions. With long-standing strategic partnerships with leading providers in both sectors, the company delivers tailored connectivity and electricity services to a diverse portfolio of retail and business clients. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to the Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will join a dedicated Customer Care team and play a key role in supporting customers across telecom and energy services, ensuring a consistently high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, or messages regarding telecom and energy services
  • Provide clear information about plans, billing, payments, and service details
  • Assist with basic technical issues (e.g., SIM activation, internet connection checks) and coordinate with the technical team when needed
  • Support customers during onboarding, service activation, or plan changes
  • Record customer requests and updates accurately in the CRM system
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent and helpful service
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Billing, and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues
  • Identify simple opportunities for upgrades or additional services when relevant
  • Maintain a polite, patient, and professional tone in all interactions
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • High school diploma or higher; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer care, call center, retail, or another service-related role
  • Experience in telecommunications or energy services is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in both English and Greek
