Intellectica is recruiting an experienced and purpose-driven Employability Manager on behalf of its client, a leading non-profit organization committed to creating equal opportunities through knowledge, employment, and personal development. With a 30-year presence in the Greek market, the organization places people at the heart of its services, offering inclusive upskilling, reskilling, and community-focused programs that empower individuals to realize their full potential. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will report directly to the COO and will lead a cross-functional employability team. This role plays a vital part in strengthening private-sector partnerships, enhancing employment outcomes, and advancing the organization’s mission to foster meaningful workforce integration.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and supporting a team of Employability Counselors and Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
- Implementing and overseeing the execution of employability targets as defined in the department’s operational plan
- Overseeing and participating in the talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and candidate experience standards
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with private-sector employers and promoting the organization’s HR services and packages
- Promoting the use of the organization’s Talent Platform among both job seekers and collaborating companies
- Analyzing service data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and designing action plans accordingly
- Conducting market research to stay informed on emerging job trends and in-demand professions relevant to the organization’s target groups
- Collaborating with donors, ecosystem stakeholders, and partners to maximize the reach and value of employability offerings
- Organizing and attending career events, such as job fairs, to promote the organization’s services and engage beneficiaries
- Providing regular updates and insights to the Operations Manager and contributing to strategic planning through data-driven reporting
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources, talent acquisition, business development, or employment services, preferably within the non-profit or social impact sector
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams toward achieving operational and strategic goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Fluent in Greek and proficient in English, both written and spoken
