Intellectica is recruiting on behalf of its client, a leading medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine group headquartered in Glyfada, operating under an on-site work model. The company is renowned for its innovative treatments, clinical excellence, and commitment to enhancing natural beauty and well-being. To support its continued expansion and strengthen its brand leadership, the company is seeking a Head of Marketing to shape and drive its marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and working closely with the medical and sales teams, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic marketing function in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy to position the brand as a leader in the medical aesthetics sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends
- Design and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns, channels, and partnerships to maximize ROI and support strategic priorities
- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, producing weekly and monthly KPI dashboards that track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and brand engagement
- Align marketing and sales efforts, developing joint initiatives to enhance brand visibility, support product launches, and drive client acquisition
- Conduct competitive analysis, tracking market developments, pricing strategies, and new product introductions to inform positioning and promotional tactics
- Ensure strong brand presence across all communication channels, maintaining high standards of visual identity, tone of voice, and audience engagement
- Manage and mentor the internal marketing team, fostering collaboration and performance across roles including marketing coordinator, graphic designer, and social media expert
- Coordinate external partnerships, including marketing agencies, PR consultants, publishers, and production vendors, to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns and materials
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Strong command of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar), and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other performance marketing platforms
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
