Intellectica is recruiting an experienced HR Operations & Rewards Manager on behalf an established Online Betting company operating in Greece and Internationally. Based in Athens, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the company’s Global Rewards strategy and developing benefit and compensation policies and procedures to enhance the performance, engagement and satisfaction of employees. The successful candidate will also assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s HR department and oversee day-to-day C&B HR operations.

 Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing a comprehensive rewards strategy aligned with the company’s overall business strategy, ensuring that the compensation and benefits offered are in line with benchmarking and internal consistency
  • Designing and implementing a total rewards strategy across local markets
  • Ensuring the company provides top-notch benefits for all countries of operation (LATAM, Italy, Ireland etc.) based on the overall company strategy and market trends
  • Facilitating continuous improvement for the HR Operations strategy to deliver an exceptional employee experience across the company
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery through outsourced payroll provider
  • Reviewing, developing and monitoring reward processes and procedures, including payroll, salary review budget, bonus scheme and benefits
  • Designing job evaluation schemes and ensuring consistency in salary structures across all job functions
  • Supporting and advising key stakeholders on all HR operational and rewarding policies and procedures
  • Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
  • Reviewing and analyzing internal equity and market competitiveness of total remuneration programs
  • Preparing salary and benefit analyses and proposing actions for senior stakeholders, ensuring up-to-date internal & external benchmarking
  • Tracking, analyzing and communicating key success metrics as they relate to human resource rewards & operations
  • Proactively staying up-to-date with industry trends, continuously evaluating and implementing best practices

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MSc and related certifications in HR Management are considered a plus
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience as an HR Operations/Total Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits Manager/Lead or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations and knowledge of C&B best practices
  • Demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment
  • Thorough knowledge of current employment rules and regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of global/international markets, trends and industry best practices is a strong asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Greek and English
