Intellectica is recruiting a motivated HR Administrator on behalf of an internationally recognized Group of Companies present in the Technology sector. Based in Koropi, Greece and reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of daily HR operations while actively contributing to a positive, engaging employee experience across the organization.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the administration of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract updates
- Assisting in the coordination of recruitment activities (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication)
- Preparing and maintaining HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and employee records
- Maintaining and updating the HR database and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR
- Supporting the organization and logistics of employee training programs and L&D initiatives
- Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters
- Helping organize internal company events and CSR activities
- Staying informed of basic employment law requirements to help ensure HR compliance
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- BSc in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a MSc in Human Resources or MBA is considered a strong plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a multinational, industrial, or high-tech environment
- Familiarity with Greek labor legislation and HR compliance best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS tools)
- Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
