Intellectica is recruiting an experienced IR Administration Officer on behalf of an internationally recognized Group of Companies present in the Aerospace, Defense, Security and High Technology markets. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the Head of M&A and Investor Relations, the successful candidate will support the Investor Relations team and assist in ensuring transparent and consistent communication with the investment community.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting in the organization and management of investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed financial reports, analyses, and presentations for investors and company executives
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends and investor perceptions
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the implementation of best practices in investor relations
  • Collaborating with the finance, legal, and marketing departments to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information and corporate news
  • Managing updates to the investor relations section of the company website
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, IRC) is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a similar role in a listed company
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory requirements, and the investment community
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (advanced Power Point & MS Excel skills)
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
