Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated IT Support Analyst on behalf of a leading home furnishing company. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to the company’s IT Manager, the successful candidate will be supporting the company’s IT operations, among others by performing tweaks to the company’s CRM, and optimizing processes to drive business success.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting in the maintenance and customization of the company’s CRM system to improve usability and performance
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications and operating systems
- Setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and other hardware for new and existing employees
- Providing first-line technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Documenting technical procedures and supporting processes to enhance knowledge sharing within the team
- Collaborating with senior IT staff and other departments to ensure seamless IT operations
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of CRM systems is considered a plus
- Experience with installing and configuring software applications
- Familiarity with PC setup and configuration
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (both written and spoken)
