Intellectica is recruiting a Warehouse, Operations & Logistics Coordinator on behalf of its client, a leading provider of engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. With a strong focus on technical excellence and reliable project delivery, the company is expanding its team to support a growing portfolio of international projects. Based in Attiki, Greece, the role reports to the Operations Manager of the Offshore & Marine Construction Division and plays a vital part in ensuring the readiness and efficiency of equipment and logistics for project execution.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating with warehouse technicians and logistics personnel to plan and allocate tasks based on project schedules and priorities
- Oversee daily warehouse and yard operations, ensuring efficient receiving, dispatching, and safe storage of equipment and materials
- Conduct pre-mobilization equipment checks, including inspections, testing, and certification, in collaboration with technicians and engineers
- Maintain and update inventory records for tools, machinery, consumables, and critical spares, supporting audits and implementing asset tracking systems
- Prepare equipment and materials for mobilization, including packing, labeling, manifesting, and coordinating marine transport logistics with vendors and project teams
- Monitor the condition and readiness of equipment throughout the project lifecycle, organizing post-project recovery and inspection upon return
- Ensure compliance with HSE protocols during all handling, lifting, and storage activities, maintaining safety documentation and supporting inspections
- Coordinate facility upkeep and minor repairs, liaising with external contractors as needed to maintain operational standards
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational discipline across all logistics and warehouse functions
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering)
- 3–5 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations, preferably in offshore, marine, or construction environments
- Experience with inventory systems and logistics documentation
- Familiarity with offshore mobilizations, vessel loading, and equipment interface management
- Familiarity with marine mobilization requirements and lifting operations is an asset
- Forklift or rigging certifications are desirable
- Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and logistics software
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, inspections, or mobilizations
