Intellectica is recruiting a highly methodical and organized Personal Assistant on behalf of a leading designer, manufacturer and engineer of high-quality pumps used in a large variety of water applications. Based in Kryoneri, Athens and reporting directly to the Technical Managing Partner, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the technical department to ensure smooth operations.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing incoming calls, receiving messages and redirecting calls as necessary
  • Coordinating calendars, meetings and processes for the Technical Managing Partner and department members Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Following up on action items from meetings
  • Preparing, maintaining and filing documents
  • Managing and filing e-mail correspondence
  • Performing any other tasks required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in secretarial and/or administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
