Intellectica is recruiting an ambitious Personal Assistant on behalf of a housing loans brokerage firm, certified by the Bank of Greece. Based in Athens, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s daily activities.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director to coordinate and manage daily operations
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and correspondence and ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls, both internal and external
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
  • Greeting clients and assisting in client inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in roles such as Personal Assistant (PA), Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Administrative Assistant
  • Comfortable with MS office and related tools
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
