To support the President in driving cross-company alignment and high-level strategic execution, we are seeking an experienced and business-savvy Project Manager to the President. This pivotal role serves as the President’s right hand — acting as both strategic advisor and operational integrator. The successful candidate will be deeply embedded in the leadership structure, attending key meetings, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the President’s priorities are executed with precision and foresight.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to the President, providing input on business decisions, priorities, and company-wide initiatives
- Serving as a primary liaison for the President among internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and strong professional relationships
- Participating in and preparing for all high-level meetings, tracking outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on action items
- Preparing impactful presentations and briefing materials for board meetings, investor sessions, and executive communications
- Managing the President’s agenda, optimizing time allocation and aligning meetings to strategic priorities
- Drafting, proofreading, and managing high-level internal and external communications, including speeches and strategic documents
- Leading or supporting cross-functional projects that require executive oversight or inter-company collaboration
- Handling sensitive and confidential information, including budgets and expenses for executive and office-related expenditures, with discretion and professionalism
- Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, improved communication, and strategic alignment across the group
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a strong plus
- 5-7 years of professional experience in executive assistance, business consulting, or junior executive advisory
- Proven experience working closely with senior executives in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
- Advanced presentation development and delivery skills, with demonstrated experience creating high-impact executive presentations
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools
- Familiarity with project management tools is considered a plus
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel as needed
