Intellectica is recruiting an ambitious and driven Product Manager on behalf of a leading Greek pharmaceutical company with an established international footprint and a strong legacy in innovation and research & development. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for a prescription product within the thrombosis therapeutic area. This role offers end-to-end ownership of strategy and execution in a focused structure, requiring close collaboration with Sales and active engagement with healthcare professionals to drive sustainable market growth and strong brand positioning within the cardiology community.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Owning end-to-end product strategy, positioning, and messaging for a single Rx brand within the thrombosis therapeutic area
  • Designing and executing the launch strategy and annual marketing plan in alignment with commercial objectives
  • Developing promotional materials and scientific communication tools addressed to cardiologists and other relevant healthcare professionals
  • Training and supporting medical representatives to ensure strong product knowledge and effective field execution
  • Maintaining direct communication with key physicians and stakeholders in the cardiology community
  • Collaborating closely with Group Sales to drive performance and maximize market penetration
  • Monitoring product performance through analysis of IQVIA and internal sales data
  • Conducting competitor analysis within the cardiometabolic and thrombosis market landscape
  • Working cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, and Supply teams to ensure compliance and seamless product lifecycle management
  • Actively contributing to strategic discussions regarding product growth and market expansion
  • Any other work that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry; mandatory experience in Rx products
  • Proven experience in the cardiometabolic or cardiology therapeutic area
  • Solid understanding of the Greek pharmaceutical market and hospital/specialty environment
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing data from platforms such as Nielsen, IRI or IQVIA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
