Intellectica is recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager on behalf of a Real Estate Development and Investment Company operating in Europe. With a primary focus in Greece, the company’s objective is to develop high-quality, innovative real estate projects. The company mainly focuses on the residential sector exhibiting an outstanding track record in projects of urban properties and holiday homes in renowned tourism destinations, while simultaneously investing in the commercial real estate sector. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the needs of the clients and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing a sales strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners such as real estate agents with the aim of enhancing sales outreach
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, monitoring competition and market developments, and preparing market research reports
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management, monitoring relevant KPIs relating sales targets to track progress towards and identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting property viewings for and presentations to potential buyers and investors, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of the properties to generate interest and close sales
  • Leading negotiations with clients to close deals; ensuring all property files are organized and sale agreements are prepared in a timely and precise manner
  • Collaborating with the company’s marketing department to implement promotional activities and campaigns
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other equivalent; certifications or seminars relating to real estate are considered a strong plus
  • 7+ years of professional experience in sales
  • At least 3 years of experience in the residential real estate/hospitality sector
  • Exposure to real estate documentation and contracts, including ownership titles, topographic layouts, land registry extracts, pre-sales agreements, and others, is considered a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal); proficiency in other languages is considered a plus
