Intellectica is recruiting a driven Sales Account Manager on behalf of a growth-minded Digital Marketing company with 9 Business Units. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales by promoting the company’s products and services to new and existing clients. The candidate will be accountable for generating new sales leads and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Based in Athens, Greece, the candidate will be reporting to the agency’s Chief Sales Officer.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the company’s clientele
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities on assigned and prospective clients
  • Promoting the company’s products and services to clients
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate account plans and sales presentations to high-level executives and clients
  • Attending sales meetings with the Chief Sales Officer and the CEO as may be required from time to time
  • Arranging, attending, and leading client meetings
  • Preparing proposals with the assistance of a team and responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and day-to-day customer requests
  • Managing the end-to-end account management process, including full sales cycle
  • Developing a successful track record in managing inbound/outbound sales for either direct or indirect business

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or other related field
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales and/or Account Management; sales experience from the Digital Transformation/ E-Commerce/ Telecommunications industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Experience in SaaS, CpaaS, Digital Solution Sales will be considered as a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and profitability
  • Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Driving license is required
