Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated Sales Assistant on behalf of a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical products with a 30-year presence in the Greek market. This role is based in Acharnes, Attiki, Greece and reports directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential back-office support to both the domestic and export sales teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, and proactively following up with clients to nurture strong relationships and drive deal closures.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating daily operations for both domestic and export sales teams, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Engaging with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, delivering exceptional customer service tailored to their needs
  • Proactively following up with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships
  • Preparing tailored offers and engaging emails to enhance client relationships and drive business outcomes
  • Supporting the sales process by assisting with deal closures, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales data, and documented interactions using relevant tools
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, prepare detailed reports, and offer actionable insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Participating in contract and agreement negotiations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Any other task that may be required from time-to-time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or back-office role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM software is considered a plus
  • Fluent in English and Greek, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
