Intellectica is recruiting a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a leading freight forwarding company. Based in Aspropyrgos, Attiki and reporting directly to the Sales Supervisor, the ideal candidate will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional support, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication
- Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, and other logistical issues in a timely manner
- Monitoring shipment progress and proactively informing clients of any changes or challenges
- Assisting in the preparation of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms
- Processing and managing customer quotations, and sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinating with the sales team to prepare customized proposals, rate sheets, and service agreements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service issues in the CRM system
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales back office, customer support, or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- A bachelor’s degree will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in Greek and English is required
- Completed military obligations (if applicable)
