Intellectica is recruiting a motivated Sales Engineer on behalf of its client, a technically advanced and market-oriented company with 25 years of presence in the field, specializing in industrial equipment and technical solutions, including plastic piping systems and measurement instruments for a wide range of industrial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for product promotion, technical support, and business development activities. This role combines technical expertise with commercial responsibility, aiming to strengthen client relationships and drive market expansion.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive business development activities within the industrial sector, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key clients within the industrial sector, including manufacturing plants, factories, and technical firms
  • Conduct regular client visits to build strong, long-term relationships, enhance engagement, and drive business growth
  • Assess and analyze clients’ technical requirements, proposing tailored equipment solutions that effectively address their operational needs
  • Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals aligned with client expectations
  • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee project follow-up to ensure timely execution and successful delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment or technical products will be considered an asset
  • Solid understanding of technical specifications and engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless communication with international clients
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for business purposes
