Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated Sales Manager on behalf of a distinguished company in the automotive industry. Recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for leading automotive brands, offering a comprehensive range of services, including authorized sales and after-sales support. The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, achieving business objectives in retail sales operations, and expanding B2B channels.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that drive both retail and B2B revenue streams
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate goals and proactively adjust plans based on market trends and performance analysis
  • Leading and overseeing the entire sales process, from initial customer inquiries and leading generation to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales engagement
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the leasing and corporate fleet sales sector
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with businesses, car rental companies, and fleet operators to expand the company’s presence in the corporate market
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting a sales team of eight professionals; setting performance objectives, providing regular training and coaching, and fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and customer service excellence
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, and conversion metrics
  • Working closely with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences to maintain a competitive edge
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales methodologies or techniques are a strong advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales roles, including a minimum of two years in a managerial capacity
  • Experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record in both retail and B2B sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
