Intellectica is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior SAP BW/SAC Analyst on behalf of a leading European healthcare provider. Based in Kefalari, Attiki and reporting directly to the Head of Financial Controlling, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s data-driven culture by delivering reliable analytics, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making at the highest management level. As the SAP BI landscape expands, this position will also contribute to shaping a scalable and sustainable analytics architecture.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models, process chains, and BI reports
- Create modern, interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive BI solutions
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of data feeding into reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Operations) to identify needs and deliver optimal solutions
- Contribute to the long-term BI roadmap and identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics (predictive insights, planning, forecasting)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize BW and SAC performance, including query optimization and data load management
- Maintain documentation for data models, reports, and BI processes, ensuring clarity and compliance with governance standards
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance or training to business users as needed
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAC, BW/4HANA) will be considered an asset
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud projects
- Proven track record of contributing to or leading Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives from design to delivery
- Experience with data governance, security models and compliance is a plus
- Fluency in Greek and English
