Intellectica is recruiting a strategic and results-driven Senior Advertising Manager on behalf of a leading business media brand and part of a global network, delivering strategic content and innovative solutions to top industry leaders. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the successful candidate will play a key part in cultivating client partnerships and driving advertising revenue across multiple channels by offering customized advertising initiatives across print, digital, and experiential platforms.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration
  • Identifying opportunities and providing integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, and other media platforms
  • Developing and delivering customized proposals and sales strategies aligned with client needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all media types
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to adjust commercial approaches as needed
  • Achieving and exceeding set sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Advising clients on campaign optimization for maximum impact and effectiveness
  • Tracking campaign performance metrics and presenting actionable insights and results
  • Representing the company brand with professionalism and integrity in all marketplace activities
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

 

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Media Studies, Business, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in advertising sales within media, publishing, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Digital and social media savvy
  • Existing client portfolio will be considered a strong asset
  • Fluency in Greek and English
