Intellectica is hiring a Marketing Consultant on behalf of a leading Marketing & E-Commerce Agency. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in maintaining and expanding client relationships while managing the execution of digital advertising campaigns. The position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving exceptional results through innovative strategies.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with the Digital Marketing team
  • Understand client objectives to propose tailored advertising solutions
  • Coordinate workflows and processes of allocated accounts
  • Propose up-sale opportunities for company clients

 Account and Task Management:

  • Ensure timely, on-budget execution of advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for peak performance
  • Collaborate with creative and consulting teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Oversee task execution and delivery quality

 Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for clients

 New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Support the business development team in acquiring new clients
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field; Master’s degree and/or related certifications, ideally in Digital Marketing, are a plus
  • 2–4 years of experience, preferably as in account management at an advertising agency or in an in-house role as eShop operator; experience from large retail stores will be considered a plus
  • Proven track record of managing complex campaigns successfully
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and campaign management
  • Proficiency in Social Media platforms and relevant software tools
  • Fluency in Greek and English
