Intellectica is recruiting a passionate Account Executive on behalf of a leading strategic communications & consulting agency, having impact in more than 13 sectors. Based in Athens and reporting to the Account Director, the successful candidate will assist in strategizing and executing communication and promotion activities for the company’s clients, contributing to high-quality solutions that support client objectives and business growth.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with briefings, follow-ups, presentations, and proposals for above and below-the-line strategies, events, and digital campaigns
- Helping to monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinating with internal teams (financial, creative, digital, media, and technical departments) to ensure smooth project execution
- Contributing to the building and maintenance of strong client relationships through regular updates
- Assisting in providing solutions to client issues, ensuring their satisfaction while safeguarding the company’s reputation
- Staying informed on client competitors and industry trends to support account strategies
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- University or College degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in a communications, marketing, or account support role (internships included)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Greek and English
