Intellectica is recruiting a highly self-motivated Implementation Specialist on behalf of a cutting-edge financial technology company that specializes in providing seamless and secure payment solutions for businesses worldwide. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model at the company’s offices in Athens, reporting directly to the Integrations & API Team Lead. The primary objective for the successful candidate is to ensure the successful implementation of the company’s products and services, while managing multiple projects, and coordinating between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient delivery. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the deployment and integration of innovative products in a global market.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor integration solutions that meet their specific requirements
  • Providing expert technical guidance and support to clients and external partners, particularly around API integrations, ensuring seamless adoption and operation of the company’s solutions
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive API documentation, including technical specifications, authentication methods, payload details, and error-handling protocols
  • Conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve any technical issues, ensuring system interactions are efficient and reliable, with prompt troubleshooting and resolution of integration challenges
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects by coordinating with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, customer support) and external stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met
  • Serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment and resolving bottlenecks by collaborating with internal teams for the successful delivery and deployment of the company’s products, while maintaining open communication to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress
  • Preparing and delivering clear, concise reports on the status of ongoing implementations, highlighting key milestones, issues, and solutions
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to API integration

 Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role within a tech company
  • Working with Postman and REST API calls will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Web Technologies (HTTP/HTTPS/JSON)
  • Proficiency in SQL for basic querying is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Java is a plus
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
